Aerosmith's Write Me a Letter was originally intended to be recorded for The Boston Brats, debut CD "Takin Over", with David Hull (formally of Joe Perry Project, Farrenheit, on bass guitar as a favor to Dez who's mother was dating Dave at the time) by chance Nikki Stone and Charlie Ledger of Black Number 9 were having drinks and listening to some Demo's of The Brats upcoming CD, when Charlie suggested we offer the song for the Boston Gets a Grip with great happiness the Boston Brats contributed Write Me a Letter to the project.

David Hull was from "FARRENHEIT" and "THE JOE PERRY PROJECT". In 2006 when "AEROSMITH" toured the world David replaced bassist Tom Hamilton while Tom underwent cancer radiation treatment.
